Seems like you’re not the only one with this problem. There are a few good ideas here on the flickr help thread on how to save your files so they don’t get altered by flickr because it looks like they don’t have much intention of fixing the problem (seeing as how the help topic is years old). http://www.flickr.com/help/forum/5520/?search=photo+saturation
