Day One 4/25

I did pretty good. Not too tired. Left about 7:40ish got back around 7:10. So I did my half hour. Mostly running. About 2 miles, which could be better but its a start. I felt like that was the perf time to run; the sun was setting so it was much cooler out but still light enough to see and be seen. I really wanna try and do this before work but…baby steps!

STRETCH first!!! And wear the right underwear! I got chub rub mid way thro! But I made it. Walked 3 mins, ran 2 mins, vice versa etc etc.
